To address this need, Logitech has teamed with two leading Skype for Business services organizations to provide premium support services. The first, UC Point, is a leading provider of global unified communication and collaboration (UCC) services for Skype for Business/Lync and a Microsoft Gold Partner in Communications and certified Premier Support Partner. Assessment: Identifies how SmartDock and Skype Rooms Systems will work within a company’s collaboration environment. This service includes an assessment of network, servers, accounts, subscriptions and more.
Deployment: Offers assistance in all steps of deploying a Skype Room System, in either IT Pro (from components) or Distribution Bundle (pre-configured). This includes all Logitech and Microsoft elements including Skype Administration.
Maintenance: Offers ongoing reactive technical support for all aspects of the deployment, ensuring that the Skype Room System continues working well. This can optionally include advance hardware replacement.

The second organization Logitech is teaming with is Unified Communications, a Microsoft Gold Partner in Communications, to deliver various SmartDock support packages that cover setup, training, troubleshooting, and meeting space design, including their QuickStart services starting at $349.
Unified Communications SmartDock Support Offerings:
QuickStart Basic Training or Support for Skype Room Systems: This service can be for training on the SRS or for design, strategy, deployment, support and training.
SRS Pre-Configuration Package: Determine integration requirements, and perform SRS assembly, setup, configuration, and testing prior to shipping SmartDock to customer.
Standard Package for Office 365 Customers or On-Premise & Hybrid Customers: Includes planning, room design, account setup, and deployment and post deployment support. Training may be added optionally.
