Logitech Unveils New Lineup of Tablet Accessories

Today Logitech launched a new lineup of accessories for iPad® and Android™ tablets. These new devices will help you make the most of your tablet, no matter how or where you use it, whether you’re listening to music, connecting with friends via Facebook or shooting off some emails.

We asked a lot of people about their iPad and Android tablets and we heard loud and clear that you love them. Sometimes though, the places where you use them could use a little tweaking. For example, when you’re at your desk, a keyboard could really come in handy. A wireless speaker could be a great addition in the living room so you can share your music with friends. And when you’re on the go, a case that gives you the protection you want for your screen would be great — and if it had a keyboard too, even better.

We listened to all this feedback and created what we think is a great lineup of products for you. Some highlights include:

Logitech Keyboard Case: This keyboard and case combo is crafted from aircraft grade aluminum and features high-density padding, a Bluetooth® keyboard and a built in recess behind the keyboard to prop up your iPad 2 either vertically or horizontally.

Logitech Wireless Speaker: Eliminate cables and listen to your music from up to 50 feet away from your tablet with Bluetooth connectivity. The speaker delivers rich stereo sound and its rechargeable batteries last up to 10 hours.

– Logitech Tablet Keyboard: This keyboard comes in two models — one for Android based tablets and one for iPad — and the carrying case converts to a stand when you’re ready to type.

Logitech Tablet Mouse: Pairing to your Android 3.1 + tablet using Bluetooth, this mouse delivers laser-precise tracking, smooth cursor control and easy up-and-down scrolling.

And this is just the beginning. We plan to launch more great accessories for your iPad or tablet in the coming months so stay tuned.

  • Any news on how those lovely looking tablet keyboards will work with a Windows 7 tablet?

  • Nice. When for PC? I see that all nice keyboards are for PS3, google tv and now for tablets. When for PCs?

  • When will the keyboard case be out? I “pre-ordered” it from Logitech a while back, but have not heard anything.

    Thanks for any info!
