We have some exciting news to share about the next G Hub update that directly addresses feedback from our community and adds some new features. Before we get there, we wanted to thank you all for continuing to provide feedback for our products and software. Check below for the full change log.
Firstly, for PRO X Superlight 2 users, we are excited to share a new firmware update for your mouse that will increase your report rate to 4kHz for free. Once you update the firmware, you’ll be able to access the higher report rate in G HUB using your existing wireless dongle. Our team has been working to replicate the sudden noise issue that we had seen circulate across social channels, and we’re excited to share that this latest update will address this. We have also included some fixes for a handful of other issues recently discovered by users. Thank you!
The most recent G HUB update will also include improvements to the mic quality, HDMI compatibility and game/voice balancing reportings on the Xbox UI for the newly launched Logitech G ASTRO A50 X through a firmware update.
