The Best Just Got Better: Introducing the Logitech Ultrathin

With the recent availability of Office for iPad® it’s clearer than ever that the iPad is no longer just used for content consumption, it has become a powerful tool for content creation. In response, we are excited to share that we have improved the design of our market-leading and award-winning Logitech® Ultrathin Keyboard Cover with the Logitech® Ultrathin for iPad® Air, iPad® mini and iPad mini with Retina display.

The Logitech Ultrathin improves the flexibility and design of its predecessor with an even thinner and lighter keyboard cover and new flexible multi-angle slot that allows you to magnetically clip your iPad into the perfect viewing angle.

It’s about two-thirds the weight of the iPad, measures only 6.4 mm thick and with the Ultrathin’s high-grade aluminum construction and matching finish, you can hardly tell them apart. Its built-in Bluetooth® keyboard comes complete with iOS® shortcuts and well-spaced keys that make typing fast and fluid.

Whether you are working at a coffee shop or working on an airplane, the Logitech Ultrathin will help you increase your productivity no matter where you are, or what you’re doing.

Tell us in the comments below, what do you think of this latest and greatest?

  • The Ultrathin’s a brilliant product for the iPad. But I also have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition and there’s no Ultrathin available for it. There have been calls for one from users all over the world since the tablet’s release last year. I have written and spoken to Logitech’s support people, only to be told that they can’t tell me anything.

I’ve held out so far because I use Logitech products and appreciate their quality but there are lots of other good keyboard/cover products out there. I wonder how many sales Logitech have lost so far?

I noticealso that the company has very quickly released a keyboard for the new 12-inch Samsung tablet.

It seems incredible that, despite being willing to pay more than $100 for a keyboard, Logitech doesn’t seem to want to respond to, support or even let its faithful customers know why they won’t release a marque of the Ultrathin for the 2014 Edition Samsung tablet.
