Hello, I’m Billie

Filed: Mice + Pointers, Product

Hello. I’m Billie, Logitech’s billionth mouse.

You see that poster? That’s me. I’m lost, but there’s a search underway to find me. My owner, Jerry, is looking for me and I’m hoping you can help us reunite.

I made history the day I came off the manufacturing line in Suzhou, P.R. of China. There were celebrations held in my honor – and then I took a trip around the world and ended up here.

I want to tell you my story, but I’m a bit sleepy right now. Come back tomorrow and I’ll tell you more about my life and travels.

Oh, and each day for the next two weeks, I’ll post a question on my blog. If you know the answer, you can submit it as a comment before noon Eastern time the following day. If you answer correctly, your name will be included in the daily draw for a Logitech product prize. Good luck and hope to see you tomorrow!

-Billie

Er, if answers are posted as comments, it would take just one to get the right answer, right? Where’s the challenge in that?

Billie

You are headed to Slicon Valley for safe hideaway until the CES in Las Vegas. There you will become a Star of the Show and then on to the Smithonion where you will RIP.

Congratulations on number 1,000,000,000 Logitech! As the happy owner of 5 or 6 of those billion mice, I can’t help but feel entirely responsible for your success. Well, I suppose SOME of the success could be attributed to your constant production of innovative, attractive high-quality products and your fantastic customer service. Woot!

Congratualation Logitech! I’ve used a variety of your mouses and found them to be among the best in their categories. I especially adore the G9 mouse. :)
