I’m excited to share with you the latest addition to our mouse line-up, the Logitech Couch Mouse M515 (or the Logitech Wireless Mouse M515 for those of you in Europe.)
The Logitech Couch Mouse M515 is designed to be used on soft surfaces, so it’s perfect for those of you who like to use your laptop on the couch or if you have a PC hooked up to your TV.
It features a sealed bottom case that makes gliding on fabric easy, so you can use it right from your couch or bed without worrying about fabric fuzz collecting in the sensor opening. And, the mouse features a hand-detection sensor so the mouse is only active when you want it to be and stays asleep when you don’t.
The mouse also features Logitech® Hyper-Fast Scrolling so you can coast smoothly through long blogs or social networking feeds, but you can switch to click-to-click mode when you need more control.
And, you’ll enjoy plug-and-forget wireless connectivity thanks to the tiny Logitech® Unifying receiver. Plus, you can easily add other Unifying-compatible mice and keyboards to the same receiver.
So if you often find yourself using your computer in the living room or wish you had a mouse to help you navigate your TV connected PC, the Logitech Couch Mouse M515 is the mouse for you!

Euhm…
We do have couches here in Europe, just thought I’d mention that…

Looks good,
Does this use the Darkfield laser? I have noticed using the Darkfield ones, they work perfectly on fabric (I use mine on the bed cover) but the other normal ones (M505 and VX Nano) sometimes jump a bit.
Thanks.

Hi John,
The Logitech Couch Mouse M515 does not have the Darkfield laser tracking technology as a feature.
Best,
Ha

Hi,
Any details about the dimensions and weight (with batteries)?

Too bad it’s not a trackball. A trackball would be great for the couch. No need to move it as it can sit in one place. No worries about whether it will slide or track properly. In fact, a good trackball for normal use would be nice, too. Not a single Logitech trackball has Hyper-fast scrolling.
