2. BINDING EFFECT. By entering the Promotion, you agree to comply with these Official Rules, and failure to comply may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the prize. All federal, state, provincial and local laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. SUBMISSION PERIOD. The Promotion begins on March 17, 2023 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on March 17, 2023 at 11:59 PM ET (“Submission Period”). Eligible entries will be accepted during the Submission Period.

If you do not have a TikTok account, you will need to create one on TikTok (www.tiktok.com) (additional terms and conditions apply). You may also enter the Promotion by sending an email to promotions@logitech.com with the subject line “Wellbeing Week 2023 Giveaway,” and tell us in the body of the email one way you stay mindful during the day. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TikTok. You understand that you are providing your information to Logitech and not to TikTok.
5. SELECTION OF WINNER AND NOTIFICATION. After the conclusion of the Submission Period, Logitech will randomly select one (1) winner from the eligible entries received during the Submission Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The registered account holder of the TikTok or email address used to enter the Promotion will be deemed to be the entrant. Logitech (or an agent on its behalf) will attempt to contact the potential winner via direct message through TikTok or the email address used for entry. If a potential winner does not respond within 24 hours after Logitech’s first contact attempt, Logitech may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be awarded and shipped within forty-five days after the winner has been verified. Prizes must be shipped to a physical address and may not be shipped to post office boxes. The winner must satisfactorily complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and Publicity Release before being awarded a prize. 12. LIST OF WINNERS. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage.
13. DISPUTES. Each person who enters or otherwise participates in the Promotion agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than the administration of the Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively through final and binding arbitration conducted under the Consumer Arbitration Rules (“Rules “) of the American Arbitration Association except that any dispute that would otherwise fall under the jurisdiction of a small claims court may, at the option of one of the parties, be brought in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction prior to appointment of the arbitrator; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses (but in no event attorneys’ fees), and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
