Privacy Policy Update Notice

As part of our commitment to privacy and transparency, we’re updating our website Privacy Policy. We recently applied for Privacy Shield Certification and are making changes to comply with components in our privacy policy.

Here is what is changing and why:

  • Addition of a Privacy Shield Section: We created a section that details our compliance to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield. This section highlights our Privacy Shield commitments such as our responsibilities for the processing of personal data we receive and subsequent transfers from the EU and Switzerland to the U.S. as well as third parties acting as agents on our behalf.
  • Addition of an Access and Control Section: This section highlights your abilities to access and control certain information pertaining to you. It describes your right to request removal of your data or unsubscribe from marketing emails, for example.

We continue to hold true to our core principles of valuing our customers privacy and treating your data with care and respect. Our current Logitech privacy policy is here and our updated privacy policy is here for full reference. You can also find our current product privacy policy here. We plan to implement them on August 15, 2018. These updated policies are applicable to Logitech and its brands. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact privacy@logitech.com.
