WOW Sweepstake Official Rules

1. GENERAL. The sweepstake instructions form part of these Official Rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY. The sweepstake is open to any residents of United Kingdom who receives Logitech newsletters, aged 18 years or over.
3. BINDING EFFECT. By entering the sweepstake, each participant agrees to be bound by the Sweepstake Official Rules.
4. FREE ENTRY.  There is no cost to the participant of entering the contest.
5. PRIZE.  The prizes shall be accepted as offered. Winner will be eligible to receive a Smart Home Kit including one Circle camera, one Harmony Elite remote and one Logitech Pop Home Switch (total value : £559.97)
6. HOW TO ENTER. The sweepstake starts on December 1st at 09:00 AM CET and closes on December 15th, 2016 at 11:59 PM CET (the “sweepstake period”).  You may enter the sweepstake only once during the sweepstake period. Entries will be accepted through the period.

Any customer who will have placed an order on Logitech.com using the coupon code WOWLOGI16 during the sweepstake period will be counted as participant. People who do not place any order can participate by filling in and submitting the Google Form at this link : https://goo.gl/forms/a9yNkB5D2he2ZRKO2.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS. One winner will be electronically selected among all UK participants. There will be one random draw on Tuesday 20th of December from all eligible entries received at Logitech Europe S.A. If you are a winner, you will be notified by e-mail (using the email address you mentioned during checkout process or the one mentioned in the Google Form) and asked to confirm your post address within 10 business days in order to receive the prize by post in January 2017.
8. GENERAL CONDITION. The result of each random draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.  Regarding participation via the Google form, altered, mutilated, falsified, forged, unreadable or multiple entries, or entries from automated entry systems, will be declared void.  Only web-based entry forms will be accepted.
9. CHANGE. Logitech reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify this sweepstake where this becomes unavoidable.
10.   PERSONAL INFORMATION.  The information collected from entrants on the entry forms is subject to Logitech’s privacy policy, which is located at http://www.logitech.com/privacy.
11.   Sponsor. The contest is organized by Logitech Europe S.A.  EPFL – Innovation Park, 1015 Lausanne (VD), Switzerland.
12.   DISPUTES and governing law. The promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Switzerland or where applicable the laws of the participants’ residence.
