Whether you’re a proud owner of the iPad®, the iPad® mini or both, we have great news to share. Today, Logitech announced the expansion of its tablet accessories lineup with the Logitech® Keyboard Folio and Logitech® Keyboard Folio mini. These new products have a two-sided folio design to protect the front and back of your iPad while complementing it with refined fabrics and new colors to suit your personal style.
The Logitech Keyboard Folio for iPad and iPad mini boast a compact, built-in Bluetooth keyboard which delivers the familiar feel of a traditional keyboard for a comfortable typing experience.
The folio also doubles as a hands-free view stand, which can hold your tablet in two comfortable positions. It’s instant On/Off functionality preserves battery life by waking your tablet when you open the cover and putting it to sleep when you close it.

How about a new finger operated trackball?
Thanks for your suggestion. We will be sure to pass it on to our team.
When will it be available to ship?
Hi there, the Logitech Keyboard Folio is expected to be available in the U.S. and Europe in April 2013, while the Logitech Keyboard Folio mini has a May 2013 expected availability in those regions.
Will it be Bluetooth 4.0?
Hi Lennart, it’ll actually be Bluetooth 3.0.
I’m excited about this having just bought an iPad mini to replace my iPad 1 (after 3 years). I like that the Folio provides front and back protection, but I’m concerned about adding too much bulk/thickness to a very small, thin, lightweight device, which I’m loving after the original iPad.
How bulky is the new Folio for mini?
The specs are as follows:
Height 207mm ( 8.15 inches)
Depth 25mm ( 0.98 inches)
Width 150mm ( 5.91 inches)
So we like to think that the Folio is not too bulky at all and a great compliment to the device.
Will they be available in Asia?
