Logitech in the News

This week in Logitech news, All Things Digital posted a review of the Logitech Washable Keyboard K310. The keyboard was tested against the Kensington Washable USB/PS2 Keyboard with Antimicrobial Protection, and ultimately was the winner for its “sleek design,” layout and dedicated Windows function keys. The keyboard also made its way into technology reporter Gregg Ellman’s roundup of three gadgets for the home, which appeared on several sites, including The Olympian, Miami Herald, Sacramento Bee and the Star-Telegram. Gregg found the keyboard to be, “… really impressive and well worth the investment for many desktop coffee drinkers or eaters.” Additionally, the keyboard was also featured in Der Standard, one of Austria’s daily newspapers, and in Veronica Magazine, the largest consumer weekly in the Netherlands.

On the music front, Canadian technology journalist Murray Hill posted a review of the Logitech UE 6000 Headphones on Canada.com, which also appeared on a variety of other outlets across Canada, such as Calgary Herald, Ottawa Citizen and Montreal Gazette. He complimented the headphones’ comfortable memory foam cushions and reasonable price point. Machinima, a popular YouTube channel, posted a video review of the Logitech UE Smart Radio to its “Wrecknology” series. Bruce Green gives the product 8 out of 10 stars and calls it a “really useful, really fun radio” to have around. This series destroys the smart radio at the end of the review in a fun way, so be sure to check it out here.

Lastly, Alice Truong at USA Today posted an article, which appeared online and in the print edition called, “Outfit your new high-tech toys with accessories,” which featured both the Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover and Logitech UE Mobile Boombox as two of the five recommended accessories to pair with recently announced smart devices. She highlights the keyboard cover as her pick to turn the iPad into a full-fledged computer and touts the mobile boombox’s durability, volume, speakerphone capability, and its Bluetooth compatibility with smartphones and tablets. The mobile boombox was also featured in the latest issue of Germany’s GQ.
