Logitech Teams Up With GN Netcom/Jabra

As part of our continued effort to fuel the growth of unified communications (UC), we announced a collaboration with GN Netcom today and we’re expanding our product portfolio to include select headsets and speakerphones from GN Netcom’s award-winning Jabra line. Logitech will make an initial selection of Jabra audio devices, co-branded “Logitech powered by Jabra,” available through our business channel partners in North America beginning in July 2011. This lineup includes the Logitech BSP420 USB Speakerphone, Logitech BH970 Wireless DECT Headset and Logitech BH870 Wireless Bluetooth Headset. For complete details, go to http://www.logitech.com/jabra.

With the addition of Jabra, Logitech now offers businesses a full portfolio of UC audio and video solutions designed to deliver the best-possible user experience – from LifeSize meeting room systems to Logitech desktop peripherals. We’re also streamlining the deployment process for customers by serving as a one-stop UC shop for businesses of all sizes – from SMBs to Fortune 1000 companies. We expect future steps in this collaboration to be a global rollout of the “Logitech powered by Jabra” products as well as co-development of new audio peripherals for UC as we continue to push the envelope in redefining the UC experience.

Channel partners interested in distributing Logitech’s new UC offering in the U.S. can take advantage of our new channel program. For further information, please go to http://www.logitech.com/en-us/for-business/partners.
