Sweepstake Official Rules
- GENERAL. The sweepstake instructions form part of these Official Rules.
- ELIGIBILITY. The sweepstake is open to residents of United Kingdom.
- BINDING EFFECT. By entering the sweepstake, each participant agrees to be bound by the Sweepstake Official Rules.
- FREE ENTRY. There is no cost to the participant of entering the contest.
- PRIZE. The prizes shall be accepted as offered. Winner will be eligible to receive a 25 GBP voucher code. Code may only be redeemed once. The voucher code can only be used for one purchase. Should the order value be lower than 25 GBP, the remaining amount will be lost. The voucher will be valid until December, 31st 2016 11.59am, CET Time.
- HOW TO ENTER. The sweepstake starts on May 3rd 2016 at 09:00 AM CET and closes on May 31st, 2016 at 11:59 PM CET (the “Sweepstake Period”). You may enter the sweepstakes only once during the Sweepstake Period. Entries will be accepted through the Period. Any customers who will have placed an order on Logitech.com during the Sweepstake period will be counted as participants. People who do not place any order can participate by filling in and submitting this Google Form http://goo.gl/forms/Y95xKswaZm.
- SELECTION OF WINNERS. A total of 150 winners will be electronically selected among all participants. There will be one random draw on Tuesday June 7th from all eligible entries received at Logitech Europe S.A. If you are a winner, you will receive the prize by e-mail within 7 days business days from the draw date.
- GENERAL CONDITION. The result of each random draw is final. No correspondence will be entered in to. Regarding participation via the Google form, altered, mutilated, falsified, forged, unreadable or multiple entries, or entries from automated entry systems, will be declared void. Only web-based entry forms will be accepted.
- CHANGE. Logitech reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify this sweepstake where this becomes unavoidable.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION. The information collected from entrants on the entry forms is subject to Logitech’s privacy policy, which is located at http://www.logitech.com/privacy.
- Sponsor. The contest is organized by Logitech Europe S.A. EPFL – Innovation Park, 1015 Lausanne (VD), Switzerland.
- DISPUTES and Governing Law. The promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Switzerland or where applicable the laws of the participants’ residence.
