Chances are your specific issue has been tackled before by someone in our support community, so the first step is to search by product or issue. Simply enter your technical question in the “Ask a Question” box on the community home page, and a list of suggested posts matching your keywords will be displayed. The Logitech community is very friendly and proactive. Not only can you troubleshoot for answers, but you can also learn about product features you might not have been aware of. There’s a specific forum for each type of product, and you can register to interact and engage with other Logitech users.

Now that you’ve searched the forums in the support tab, you can also find additional information under the Support + Downloads menu. Simply find your Logitech product by clicking on the image or search by model number, this will launch the official guide to using the product: set-up, how-to’s, references and troubleshooting.

There, you can also check if your product has the latest software, what compatibility you need and how to download the latest versions.
