Logitech in the News

Happy New Year! Last week, we celebrated the holidays, and in addition to our great gifts, Santa brought us some exciting reviews and articles:

For example, tech website All Things D posted a review of the Logitech UE Mobile Boombox, where Lauren Goode found the, “… sound quality to be impressive for such a small speaker.” She also said, “Music played through it sounded full, and the calls I patched through it sounded remarkably clear.” WIRED also reviewed the Logitech UE Mobile Boombox, and editor Michael Calore gave it a “nearly flawless; buy it now” rating and recommended the Mobile Boombox as his favorite portable Bluetooth speaker, writing, “If you’re looking for something that closely matches the $200 Jambox in portability and sound, but costs substantially less, the $100 Logitech UE Mobile Boombox is the device I’d recommend.”

Additionally, we were happy to see Canadian tech journalist Murray Hill had great things to say about us in his review of the Logitech Harmony Touch, noting, “It’s nice to see a new remote from the folks at Logitech. Their Harmony remotes are terrific quality and really do make viewing your home entertainment system a lot easier for not very much money. The touch screen is a great addition and this remote is well worth the $249.99.”

Lastly, Tech Bargains staff reviewed the Logitech Wireless Rechargeable Touchpad T650 and complimented the touchpad’s “silky smooth” operation, large surface, resistance to fingerprints and multi-gesture features.

  • This is the wrong post, however none of the others let me comment.

There are multiple blog posts from earlier in the year, about the squeezebox range of products. This included the release of an android app and “A Music Lover’s Main Squeeze? The Logitech Squeezebox.”

However all of the links in these blog posts have stopped working, and I notice the squeeze is nowhere under products at all…

Has this range been completely discontinued?

For example this link: http://www.logitech.com/squeezebox just takes one in a continuous loop!

Given that the Squeeze was the best audio streamer out there, and so many people invested so heavily in it, I will be very disappointed indeed to find out it has gone.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Dave
