CRN, the leading publication for technology resellers, honored the Logitech BCC950 ConferenceCam with their prestigious Tech Innovator award for 2012 during a luncheon this afternoon at the NexTI conference in the Westin Lake Las Vegas hotel.
The Tech Innovator Awards recognize companies that deliver new, innovative products and partner support. The CRN Test Center Editors reviewed hundreds of technology products that came to market this year to determine which vendors demonstrated breakaway thinking in meeting today’s business challenges.
Logitech earned the Tech Innovator distinction by bridging the gap between personal desktop video conferencing and large-room systems. Perfectly suited for small workgroups, the ConferenceCam offers excellent video and audio at a price the brings video collaboration to smaller meeting rooms.
“High-quality, remotely controllable video conferencing systems don’t have to cost thousands. At $250 list, the ConferenceCam BCC950 from Logitech delivers video quality that must be seen to be believed (and is) perfect for small groups of two or three,” wrote Eddie Correia, Managing Editor of the CRN Test Center, in August.
