Starting this week, we’re excited to be adding the MOG® music service to our family of Squeezebox™ apps. MOG’s subscription service provides a huge library of online music, ad-free and on-demand.
You can stream any song in MOG’s catalog to any of our Squeezebox players. And it’s easy to search their 13 million songs and a million albums for whatever you’re in the mood for. Feeling mellow? Getting ready for a big night out? Need a soundtrack for your dinner party? Build your own playlists or listen to featured playlists created by other users and even your favorite artists.
If you’re feeling adventurous, explore new genres and artists by browsing New Releases and Editors’ Picks. Or, tune into your personal suggestions that MOG tailors to your tastes. And if you’re looking to take a deeper dive into your favorite artist, tune in to an artist-only station.
Plus, your music will sound great because MOG delivers the highest streaming audio quality. MOG music service is now available in the U.S. for download at www.mysqueezebox.com – subscriptions start at $5 per month and new members get a 14-day free trial. So take a listen and let us know what you think!

Fantastic news, and excellent work. This is the future of music, Congrats on the great app and Squeezebox platform. My heart felt thanks to Mog and Logitech. The Squeezebox line is single handly the best value for music fans and audiophiles like myself. I appreciate it. Welcome news. All the best moving forward.

Great news for Americans; sad news for Canadians–MOG is not available in Canada and likely never will be. I hope you will support Rdio. They factored in the constraints of offering such a service in Canada from the beginning. I heard a great interview with their founder on the CBC about this (Canada’s NPR).

Outstanding news!!! Thanks for keeping my faith in both Squeezebox and MOG. My Squeezebox Classic is *still* the highest end streaming audio device in my high-end home theater. Those DACs are crystal clear.
It’s worth noting that my trial of MOG vs. Spotify just tipped well toward MOG, since the current Spotify app only works on the Radio or Touch.

Can I put my vote in for the next great app on Squeezebox? It would be wonderful to have an AmazonMP3 or 8tracks app. My 3 squeezeboxes would be delighted. Sorry to see Napster get swallowed up by Rhapsody, but you guys got me covered either way. Thanks for a great product.

This is really great news! I’m a big Rhapsody fan and the Duet has been working flawlessly over the past 2 months. Looking forward to the higher stream quality of MOG!!

I am enjoying listening to MOG on my Squeezebox Touch. The quality of the 320 kbps stream is surprisingly good – almost like listening to a CD from my Logitech Media Server.
The Touch itself is an amazing “audiophile” device, especially after applying Soundcheck’s ToolTips 3.0 software modifications. Kudos to Logitech!
