Stretch Your Fingers – and Expand Your Digital Reach – with the Logitech Wireless Touchpad

Touchpads have opened up a whole new way of interacting with the digital world. Beyond just pointing and clicking, we now can use a range of gestures to take us more quickly and easily through the tasks at hand. Whether surfing the web or navigating lengthy documents, scrolling, and swiping have become just as useful as pointing and clicking.

With this degree of versatility, it’s only natural to want the flexibility of touchpad navigation on any PC. To that end, Logitech has introduced the Logitech Wireless Touchpad.

Designed for Windows 7 operating systems, the Logitech Wireless Touchpad features multi-touch navigation and gesture-based controls, making it a snap to point, scroll and swipe your way to wherever you go on the Web. A large touch surface gives you plenty of room to stretch your fingertips. And set-up is easy: just plug the tiny Logitech Unifying receiver into a USB port, put the touchpad anywhere on your desk or tabletop and get started. The receiver simultaneously supports up to five more compatible devices.

So if you’re eager to expand your touchpad experience– and if you want the space to really express yourself – spend some time with the Logitech Wireless Touchpad.

  • Looks great!

Perfect for Mac Mini owners who prefer Logitech keyboard and mouse over the more expensive Apple peripherals.

Too bad, this device won’t work on Macs.

  • I cannot wait! Ever since Apple released their touch pad, I have been waiting for a version for my PC.

  • Does it work with the new Windows 8 Developer Preview? It’d be great to be able to work with the touch controls on standard PCs…

  • Now that Windows 8 has been announced. Will this Touchpad integrate well with Windows 8 and give desktop users the tablet touch based support?

  • I’ve been waiting for this for awhile now! 🙂
I understand that Windows 8 just came out, I’ve installed the Dev Preview and was wondering if the Touchpad works with it? And if not currently will it work in the future in a rich multitouch/gestures way?
    It would be totally awesome.

  • This is exactly what I need. Will there be some support for Linux?Kubuntu?

I would really like to sit on the couch and control my HTPC with this device (I’ve got a nano PC with Atom and GMA video accellerator connected to my TV running Kubuntu).

This would a really cool device to control it.

When will we see this in Europe?

  • Also interested if it will work with Win8 Dev Preview, e.g. connected to a laptop or desktop machine running that OS. Thanks.

  • I’ve ordered one and it already shipped – same question as Freddy_Ace above – I’ll find out Tuesday when it arrives, but am curious if you’ve done any initial testing on the preview and / or have plans for a driver update.
    TIA

  • why isn’t pinch-to-zoom in the least of features ? i hihgly suspect it can’t do that or rotate. and what’s with the white bottom ?

  • Did you get it yet Bruce F?

Really want this, just for general use, but also for next years windows 8. I hope they include some integration in the software for Win8

    Quick question Spec says “5inch,
is that the size of the entire device?
or the size of the Touch pad area?

  • Please add hot corner support!
I have the touchpad on my laptop set to use bottom-right cornet tap for right click, and top-right corner tap for middle click. I would really like to see support for this on the Touchpad.

  • Hi, I cannot figure out how to add pinch-to-zoom gestures ? Is there any driver update to enable this feature ?
