Logitech in the News

This week saw a great deal of news coverage for the Logitech TV Cam for Skype for Panasonic Viera televisions.  Ubergizmo was pleased with the product’s ease of set-up, stating that “installing the webcam is easy: just plug it to the TV.” Doesn’t get much simpler than that. Engadget praised the TV Cam’s 720p video and “cool blue lights.” As Crunch Gear puts it, “Congratulations, you can now Skype someone from the comfort of your couch. The nightmare is over!” If you missed the announcement this week, please read about it on the Logitech blog.

Elsewhere in the news, Ultimate Ears products continue to score high marks from reviewers. Bob Levitus of the Houston Chronicle (aka Dr. Mac) had great things to say about the Ultimate Ears 200vi Noise-Isolating Headset. They are his go-to “reasonably priced alternative” to Apple ear buds. Dr. Mac also mentioned the 200vi’s great comfort and sound quality. Tweaktown was equally pleased with the UE 100 Noise-Isolating Headphones. In their review they said “these earphones work really well and form a nice tight fit inside the ear. And most importantly, they stay in the ear once fitted.” Our colleagues at Ultimate Ears won’t stand for earphones falling out in the middle of a song!
