Ultimate Ears Unveiled in Sweden

Ultimate Ears hosted a press event at the legendary Cosmos Studios in Stockholm, Sweden, were we launched our universal-fit product line of products for the Swedish public. Journalists from Sweden’s leading music and sound magazines attended the event at Cosmos Studios which is Scandinavia’s largest and most renowned mixing and recording studio. Over the years some of the world’s greatest artists and musicians including Iggy Pop, Black Eyed Peas, Korn, Beyonce, Lady GaGa  and also Swedish artists like ABBA, Roxette and Robyn have all been recording tunes in this famous house of music.

We had the pleasure of having Michel Zitron, a renowned Swedish producer and Andreas Henriksson, a great Swedish drummer, with us at the launch. They are the experts on sound quality and they have very high expectations about their gear. They explained the importance of good and honest sound quality when you make a living out of listening, producing and playing music all day – and they love Ultimate Ears.

“I have been using the UE-700 and you know the sound you are getting is the best possible when your ears don’t get tired after listening to music and sound for several hours,” said Andreas Henriksson.

“I have the studio with me everywhere I go with my in-ear monitors,” added Michel Zitron.

  • It’s great to see new products being rolled out, but can we ever expect a bluetooth trackball mouse? In this day and age with the technology we have, there is no reason to use a second reciever when a computer already has bluetooth built in.
There is also an Online petition for this that has roughly 2800 signatures, but it may be abandoned at this point.
Regardless, the trackball mice need an update, and bluetooth should definitely be part of this update. I’ve heard wonderful things about these mice, but I’m not the kind of person who will buy something using outdated technology. Unifying the connectors was a great idea, and a step in the right direction, but the next step is bluetooth.
