Logitech Customer Advisory Events: You’re Invited!

Hello, my name is Ben Gorter and I oversee Logitech’s Net Promoter Program. This is about listening to customers with the goal of creating better experiences and products. An exciting part of my job is making the customer come alive by organizing events where they meet face-to-face with the people behind the Logitech brand.

Customer feedback is important to us and we enjoy hearing from you – here on the Logitech blog and on our other channels, including Facebook and Twitter.  Recently, we’ve started hosting Customer Advisory Events near our offices in Fremont, CA.   In a casual setting that includes dinner, these events offer our attending customers a forum to meet one another and share their ideas and experiences, while we get the opportunity to hear feedback on how we’re doing, where we can do better, what customers think and want.

We’re thrilled about these events – so far, they’ve been a big hit with customers as well as with our internal teams.  In fact, even our Chairman of the Board, Guerrino De Luca, made it a point to attend a recent event.

Here’s what a few attendees had to say about the events:

“As valuable as [your event] was to you, I enjoyed it immensely, too, and it further reinforced my feelings about Logitech products and brand.”  ~ Andrew B.

“I was pleasantly surprised at how Logitech seems to listen carefully to user feedback to shape the future of its products.” ~ Randy

“I had never expected to receive a response on the product survey I submitted, let alone, be invited to participate on a customer advisory panel” ~Ron

We have several events planned for this spring, so if you live – or ever find yourself – in the Silicon Valley Bay Area and would like to participate in one, let us know!  Just click here and provide us with your name, contact information (phone and email), best time to contact you and what Logitech product(s) you own.  We’ll be in touch with more information.

We hope to see you soon!

  • I appreciate the fact that you are soliciting input from the community. This event stands in stark contrast to the silence on your customer support forums. The question that I would ask if I could be there would be whether Logitech is still committed to Mac users. New Game Panel software was released for Windows several months ago. No one is willing to say if Mac software is being developed. While I understand not wanting to speculate on release dates it would be nice to know if we can expect 7.0 for the Mac.
