Custom in-ear monitors are a pretty exciting purchase – that’s why it’s extra important to make sure your ear impressions are perfect. If you don’t have an excellent reproduction of your ears, there are lots of issues that can come up. Recently I went and visited the Ultimate Ears office in Irvine, California and asked MA Audiologist Ann Mundel-Noel why people should get a professional audiologist to do your in-ear impressions.
