We saw a good deal of Squeezebox love last week! The Daily Mail in the UK gave the Squeezebox Touch a 5/5 rating and said they “loved the way it looked. A smooth blend of metal and glass it has a comforting weight and considerable heft, with build quality clearly extremely high.” According to Digital Trends, “The Squeezebox Touch’s touch-screen makes operating the device extremely easy” and it “streamed the uncompressed and high resolution music with ease and didn’t spend any time buffering.” The Squeezebox Radio was featured in the ABC 15 News segment, Tech Check. They said “once it’s set up, anyone can figure out the Squeezebox and the controls are simple and self explanatory.” They also said they “think the Squeezebox Radio is the best way to connect your digital music collection to another room in your home without breaking the bank.”
In case you missed it, we unveiled our new $99 Logitech Surround Sound Speakers Z506, which will let you connect nearly any entertainment device, including a PC, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, iPod or a DVD player. ZDNet said “should work well for gamers and anyone shopping for speakers on a budget.”

I’m a fan of Logitech products (especially your higher-end peripherals) and the only way I’ve found for keeping abreast of what new products you guys release is by checking your website periodically. It’d be much better if you guys published product releases on a mailing list I could join.

I’m not sure I will follow the day-to-day vagaries of an RSS feed since the updates are a bit too frequent and all I’m looking for is new product announcements.
As a suggestion perhaps you guys can add a mailing list just for new product announcements (i.e. no other spam)…given that Logitech is a consumer oriented company it’s a good way of promoting customer intimacy.

I like (and use) a lot of products of Logitech. I have use the Squeeze box radio and want to know from where “are coming this product”…
It’s a product developed by Squeeze for Logitech ? I can’t recognize this product “made by Logitech”.
The concept are very nice, but the result by use the product are not corresponding of the basically attempt of a product like this.
I want to know if others product like this concept will by coming in the future from Logitech ?
